WHY USED AMULET OR BRACELET LOSE IT'S EFFICACIES OR EFFECTIVITIES AFTER USING IT FOR A YEAR AND HAD ABSORBED NEGATIVE ENERGIES

AMULETS and BRACELETS or similar protective items (like gemstones, crystals, evil eye charms, Feng Shui cures, or spiritual jewelry) DO “EXPIRE” it's effectiveness in belief systems, they’re believed to:
* Absorbed energies at its most (and can't absorb anymore)
* Completed a cycle of usefulness (and now to be in the cycle of uselessness)
* Lose alignment with the wearer's predicted fortune luck (either from negative year to better year or from positive year to weaker year.)
WHICH IS WHY RENEWAL OR REPLACEMENT IS NEEDED OR ENCOURAGED.
Here are the most common explanations or interpretations:
1) Amulets and Bracelets are believed to absorb or deflect negative energy (envy, stress, ill intent, emotional heaviness, illness, bad luck, or harmful influences).
Over time—often symbolically marked as a year—they’re THOUGHT TO BECOME “FULL.”
Once saturated, they’re no longer effective unless they’re replaced. Common metaphors used:
* Like a sponge that can only absorb so much
* Like a battery that eventually runs out
* Over extended use (often around a year or more of continuous wear/use), the item becomes saturated or overloaded with this absorbed negativity.
* Once "full," it can no longer effectively absorb more negative energy, its own positive or protective vibrations become blocked/dulled, or its ability to radiate beneficial energy diminishes.
2) Cycles and renewal:
A year is a meaningful cycle in many cultures (seasons, astrology, Feng Shui, personal growth). The idea is that:
* You change over a year. Annual Zodiac Prediction always is different every year.
