Let me explain..

Bakit ba importante ang pag-eexfoliate?
Kasi kapag naipon at nagkapatong-patong ang old skin naten sa face, at hindi kusang natanggal, patuloy lang tayo na mag-mmoisturize pero hindi naman talaga nag-ppenetrate deeply sa new skin natin kaya ang nangyayari, nagkapatong-patong lang ang dead skin at yung moisturizer. Nagmumukang dull, dry, at matanda ang balat.
Kapag hindi natanggal ang dead skin, mas malapit sa break outs, clogged pores, at anupamang sumpa. 😅

Exfoliation gives way to the new skin to be exposed. Kumbaga bago ka mag-renovate ng kwarto, babaklasin mo muna yung old paint bago mo patungan ng new paint para mas flawless ang pagkakapintura.

Ang proper exfoliation ang nagbibigay-daan sa mga skincare products para ma-maximize natin to ng paggamit. Para mas nag-ppenetrate sa baby skin naten.
Kaya kung mapapansin nyo guys, yung mga regular na nag-eexfoliate, mas mukang fresh at mukang baby yung balat nila kasi nga natanggal yung dead skin nila. Ang naka-expose ay yung baby skin nila na renewed, fresh, and glowing!

We need to avoid over exfoliating coz it will strip off the baby skin, kaya mas nagiging prone tayo sa pekas, acne, or aging signs.

Kapag na-expose na ang baby skin, dahil nga baby skin na sya, kailangan ng GENTLE and MILD SKINCARE. To maintain and hydrate the baby skin, switch na tayo sa gentle na skincare. 😊 Ang mga mild at gentle skincare ang dapat ginagamit as maintenance skincare, pwedeng pang long term, pwedeng pang araw-araw at tuloy tuloy.

If you want healthy, glowing skin, regular exfoliation is a must. But, limit your exfoliation routine and don't over-exfoliate.
