Layaway Plan Terms & Conditions

For Onhand items:

30% Down Payment
📍5,000 = Below 1 Month to Pay
📍5,000 = Above 1 1/2 Months to Pay

For Pre-Order
50% Down Payment to process your order/s

▪️We require Buyer to read this Policy First. Depositing the down payment is a form of commitment we get from Buyers. Balance, less the down payment, is payable in
1 month (below 5,000),
1 1/2 month (5,000 above)

▪️ We don't reserve item/s unless down payment is made. Once we receive the down payment, the buyer can no longer change or cancel the transaction.

▪️No limit on items for layaway but down payment is required per item.

▪️No interest added.

▪️Again, Maximum of
1 month (5,000 below),
1 1/2 month (5,000 above)
(strictly no extension)

▪️Items will only be shipped once it is fully paid (plus shipping fee).

▪️Failure to settle your balance on time will result to "ALL" payments made to be forfeited and your order(s) cancelled.

▪️No refund will be issued.

SHIPPING

▪️Shipping insurance is optional but recommended. Just an additional 1% of the item's value for the Insurance Fee.

▪️We are NOT responsible for delivery delays, damaged or lost items in transit.

▪️Please be inform that, once your parcel has been shipped out we no longer have control over the delivery process.

▪️You will receive a tracking number through PM for your order and track for delivery updates.

▪️We shall not be held responsible/liable for any lost/damage/delay due to courier negligence.

▪️Please DO TAKE A VIDEO of UNBOXING once your parcel arrived. Any claim/s for missing/wrong and damage items will not be entertained without providing an evidence.
