Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Bachelor in Business Management/ Business Studies/ Marketing/ Commerce/ Administration, etc.
- At least 2 years experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Business Development or in any related field
Main responsibilities include:
- clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff members, and drafting correspondences or messages
- data/info encoding
- assist in compliance of requirements for different government agencies (BIR, SEC, SSS, LGU, etc)
Candidate must be:
- knowledgeable in office management systems and procedures
- proficient in Microsoft (Excel and Word)
- proficient in apps like Gmail, Viber, Whatsapp, Messenger, etc.
- knowledge of Quickbooks and has experience in online government form submission (SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAGIBIG, BIR)
- able to manage time well with the ability to multi-task
- organized, detail-oriented and efficient
- able to write and communicate well
- willing to work in Makati City
Due to current safety protocols applicants may be asked to stay-in from time to time.
