RAFFLE MECHANICS:
1. All buyers of the ACER DAYS CRAZE 3 RAFFLE PROMO from June 1-July 15, 2026 will earn one (1) raffle entry from the following purchase requirement:

2. A raffle entry can only win once. If there are multiple winning entries, the prize with the higher value will be awarded.
3. Coverage of Promo: All Magic Appliance Stores in Pangasinan, La Union, Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, Abra, Nueva Ecija, Nueva Vizcaya, Isabela and Zambales carrying the ACER brand.

5. Upon joining the promo, the participants & winner(s) agree that Magic Appliance may publish their personal details and photographs by any means of publicity on print and electronic media.
6. Raffle Draw Winners will be manually drawn at Magic Appliance Marketing Studio on July 23, 2026 (Thursday) at 10AM via MACTV Kwentuhan FB Livestreaming under the supervision of a DTI Representative.
7. Winners will be notified via call/text message and registered mail as to how, when & where to claim the Prize. To claim the prize, Winners must present the notification message and one (1) valid ID. If in any case, an authorized representative of the winner will claim the prize, he/she must present an authorization letter signed by the winner, one (1) valid ID of the authorized person and one (1) valid ID (photocopy) of the winner.
8. Prizes are tax free but NOT convertible to cash. Winners shall have at least sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or announcement or notification of winners, whichever comes last, within which to claim their prizes unless a shorter period is allowed by the department taking into account the nature of the sales promotion, mechanics and prizes involved. Throughout the claiming period, Winner/s must comply with the necessary requirements in claiming the prize. After the claim period has lapsed without a claimant, the DTI office shall be immediately informed. Prizes may be forfeited in favor of Magic Appliance Center, Inc. only upon written approval of the DTI.
9. All Employees of Magic Group of Companies, sponsoring brands (including Product Specialist) and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity & consanguinity are not entitled to join the promo.
