The Citizen should put “MINE” on the comment box of the item the Citizen wants to buy. Wait for the Mayor's declaration of the item being sold to you.
“Item SOLD to Red Guangco. Please send Order Form no later than (Date and Time).”
The Mayor will give
you 24 hours (from the time an item has been declared sold to you) to fill out and send the Order Form. Failure to send the Order Form within the specified time frame automatically cancels your order. Other Citizens will have another shot at purchasing the canceled order. Send the Order Form to [email protected] with “Order Form for (item)” in the Subject Line. Do not send Order Forms in Facebook. PLEASE. The Office of The Mayor will reply to you via SMS to confirm receipt of your order. You will be informed of the total amount you need to settle (including courier fee), payment methods and the Mayor's account details. The Citizen is given 2 business days to settle the bill. It is the Citizen's duty to send an SMS to the Mayor to confirm payment. The Mayor will ship items every Wednesday and Saturday before noon. Xend Business Solutions is the Mayor's official courier. (Other providers might be used from time to time)
