Sales Encoder
Bee Healthy Trading is looking for a Sales Encoder who will assist the team in their day-to-day function, including filling, documentation, submission of reports, and maintaining the database. Located at 422 E. Jacinto Street, Barangay Bagong Silang, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila.
Some responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
• Organize and maintain files and databases, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems.
Identify and report any data-related issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Adhere to the company's data entry and security policies, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information.
• Prioritize and meet deadlines for assigned tasks, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Accurately encode data into the company database, ensuring that all information is entered correctly and on time.
Duties
• Availability to work different days, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent organizational skills
Ad hoc Task
• Task given by the Head of Management
• Responding to an unexpected client request
