We always hold space for collaborations to bring the community together through wellness, to empower you to find your calm, reconnect with yourself, and prioritize your well-being even without going too far from the city. We capped this weekend with 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽, a sunset meditation and yoga with actress and wellness advocate, Maxene Magalona. This restorative and gentle flow session was specially designed to help participants experience deeper and sweeter sleep, so they can wake up fully rested, refreshed, and ready to face the day ahead.

Dubai welcomed us with open arms and our kababayans showed up. 🤍

In the middle of a world that feels louder and more uncertain by the day, I flew here with the brilliant Beth Ventura, President of Anchor Land, to hold space for something quiet but powerful: a Financial Wellness Masterclass for Filipino investors in Dubai.

We didn’t come just to talk about numbers. We came to talk about how we make decisions. How we think. How we choose to build not just wealth, but a life that feels whole.

That’s the heart of Beth’s advocacy, Property Decision — reminding us that abundance isn’t just in the numbers. It’s in your peace of mind. It’s in the clarity of your choices. It’s in how you show up, even when the world feels unsettled.

And our community here showed up. Despite the noise, despite the uncertainty, they chose to gather. They chose to learn. They chose growth over fear, and I think that’s one of the most courageous things a person can do.

I’m grateful for every single person who walked into that room.

We can’t always control what’s happening around us. But we can control how informed we are, how we invest in ourselves, and how we take care of one another.

To our kababayans in Dubai, thank you for your resilience, your openness, and your heart. You reminded me why this work matters.

Currently stranded/divinely placed in Dubai 😅🙏🏼

As of today, Dubai is navigating a period of high alert and significant disruption following a series of missile and drone attacks launched by Iran across the region. All flights have been cancelled as the airport is closed indefinitely until further notice.

I just have to say, in the 6 days that I’ve been here, I’ve been feeling so safe and peaceful despite the ongoing war. The government of UAE truly has the best defense system as it was able to intercept more than a hundred missile and drone attacks. Now, more than ever, I feel God’s presence and protection 🕊️

I remember getting stranded in Bali in 2020 and feeling so scared and stressed because I was literally alone. Now, I feel so blessed to be here with Out of Scratch who takes such good care of me and protects my peace at all costs.

Geoff and I feel so grateful to be here with a soul as strong as Ma’am Elizabeth Digna Ventura who has been showing us a healthy example of what it means to stay calm in the midst of chaos. Having survived many calamities and disasters in the past, she truly embodies boss energy as she chooses to focus on what matters rather than giving in to fear.

To all our kababayans in Dubai and the Philippines—I send you healing and peaceful energy ✨ Try your best not to focus too much on what you’re seeing in the news but rather keep your eyes and heart focused on God. Trust and surrender that He has a divine plan for all of us 🤗

To all our friends and family who sent us messages, we see and appreciate you. These difficult times show you the ones who truly care about you and for each and every one of you, we are so grateful 🥰😘
