-TERMS & CONDITIONS-
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and ShopyouPh (“we,” “us” or “our”).
By visiting our page/social media accounts and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
All the products are PRE- ORDERED. If we have some onhand items, we will post it in our page.
ABOUT ORDERS & PAYMENTS
1. Be 100% sure before placing your orders.
2. We schedule cut off days for orders of every item, as well as cut off days for payments.
3. Once the order is place and invoice is sent, it will be a CONFIRM ORDER, cancellation will not be allowed. Changes is applicable but SUBJECTED FOR APPROVAL.
4. FULL PAYMENT is required in advance.
5. Only the given Mode of Payments (bank transfer to BPI/BDO and G Cash) will be accepted. The buyer can choose any of the stated mode of payment.
6. Send us a copy of deposit slip/screenshot of payment transaction online.
7. We will send you a receipt once we confirm that payment has been received.
8. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS. Payment for your order is NOT REFUNDABLE after it has been paid.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY
Meet up/ Pick up ONLY.
Area: (Manaoag, Calasiao & Dagupan)
If the BUYER is not available to meet us/pick up his/her orders and prefer to ship it, the SHIPPING FEE will be shouldered by the BUYER unless stated as free delivery.
We strive to deliver your orders as soon as possible but please understand that we may encounter delays from our suppliers caused by the following, among other exceptional circumstances:
* Unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities and weather disruptions, accidents, civil disturbances, pandemic and other similar circumstances
* Shipping service interruptions
* Peak season and holidays
* Customization of products
* Specialized items
However, your order/s might arrive earlier than promised, as we’re working hard to make sure you get your orders as quickly as possible.
NOTE:
If you opt to use couriers or any delivery services ,
Shopyou Ph will not be held liable for any delays, damage or loss brought about mishandling of shipments. If there are issues on the item due to SHIPPING, we will not held liable and NO REFUND or CHANGE OF ITEM will be allowed. Please inspect your order when it arrives for any issues and any discrepancies between your order and the invoice.
Shopyou Ph will not be also liable for any delays if the reason is due to incomplete address or for any missing inclusions for shipping/delivery option.
We ensure that all products will be handled with premium care and will be in good condition before we ship them.
