-I’ve never failed to remind everyone. Since October 2023, I’ve been considerate.
-I’m losing out by holding your items. Why? Because managing so many things is difficult, and there's always the risk of boxes or items getting lost or damaged. There's no fee for storage, yet I still get blamed if something happens. Even though it’s clearly stated in the rules that I’m not liable, people still throw it back at me just because the item is already paid for even though you voluntarily asked me to keep it.
-No store or shop especially those in malls offers long-term storage. And if they do, it’s for a very limited time. I’m only doing you a favor, so don’t turn it against me.
-You might ask, "Why didn’t you message us to pick it up?" The answer: I deal with hundreds of customers every month, with different names some even change their names over time. There are so many items here that things could easily get mixed up. Some are labeled with masking tape that eventually peels off, some are in plastic that opens and drops accessories. So don’t blame me. Since you requested to store it, it’s your responsibility to remember and claim your item.
-Some will say, “I didn’t see the post.” I’ve been posting about these items for years don’t tell me you’ve never seen even one? It's your responsibility to claim your item, especially when I give a deadline. Whether you saw the post or not is no longer my concern.
-All unclaimed items after June 26 will be sold through zero bidding.
-Refunds? I can’t give a full refund of the original price. Market value may have changed since you bought it. Also, not all items I sold made a profit some were break-even, some at a loss. That’s why the best thing you can do is just claim your item. It’s that simple.
-So if your item is gone, it’s gone. Period!
