IDEA’YALA Innovation Challenge Mechanics

I. WHO CAN JOIN

The IDEA’YALA Innovation Challenge is open to youth ages 18 to 24 years old who are currently residing in the Philippines. Interested participants should form a team composed of 5 members, with each member holding the following competencies:

• Communicator/Writer/Marketer
• Artist/Designer
• Project Manager
• Innovator
• Business Mind

. HOW TO APPLY

To apply, all 5 members of the team should visit an IDEA’YALA Innovation Challenge video booth at Ayala Malls or schools on the following dates:

III. THE PROPOSAL

Each team is tasked to come up with a fresh, innovative idea for the Ayala Malls. The proposed idea may be in the form of a new concept or a solution addressing the following categories:

• Retail
• Food and Dining
• Entertainment
• Sustainability


IV. PRIZES

The winning team for the IDEA’YALA Challenge will have their proposal implemented by Ayala Malls. Each member of the winning team will also receive an internship at Ayala Malls, a trip to El Nido Resorts in Palawan, and Ayala Malls prepaid cards loaded with P10,000 each.
