"Illegal refilling of LPG cylinders is punishable under the LPG Law (RA 11592) with serious penalties of 6-12 years imprisonment and a fine up to P100,000 per cylinder or fake seal.
Likewise, selling these illegally refilled LPG cylinders is also punishable with 1-3 years imprisonment and up to P30,000 per cylinder or fake seal. We urge the public to be vigilant and patronize only Government-compliant and licensed LPG Dealers and Retailers, for your safety"
