In the event that a drawn winner is from outside the aforementioned areas, he/she has the option to transfer the prize to a qualified resident. The page must be notified of the changes after the draw or not later than 12noon of May 2. Failure to do so would mean forfeiture of the prize. All prizes can not be converted to cash.
