a gentle reminder that this is not us. we sell the same thing (clothes and accessories) but they still differ in some ways. i posted this because a buyer mistakenly messaged our page, telling us that he/she will buy something (screenshots of conversation).
as far as i’m concerned, Facebook allows only one name for every page and Soigné Fits’ (ours) page is the only page here on Facebook, however, the other “Soigné Fits” is a personal account, that’s why they were able to create it without Facebook disallowing it. i know anyone can think of the page name ‘Soigné Fits’ and i’m not owning the words, tho it still bothers me to know that our page is publicized and anyone can search if they have the same name with other pages, yet, the EXACT name ‘Soigné Fits’ was still created after us. we established this shop on July 2020 (proof on the pic) and this account was created on October 2020. our shop has been inactive for the past months since the sellers prioritized academics and other personal reasons, but this does not guarantee the closing of the shop.
again, i’m not here to claim that no one can ever use ‘Soigné Fits’ and that we own these words, however, we created the shop name first so please do check if you have the same shop name as others as this is not just your responsibility, but it can also confuse buyers and decrease your originality. thank you! ツ
