How to Order
Always inquire first about the availability of figures. (please refer to Section 4 for the Mode of Payment)

For advance/pre order
figures
3.1 A minimum down payment is needed to secure a reservation and to avail the preorder promo. The minimum required down payment and ETA are indicated on each product’s description.
3.2 Down Payment must be settled on or before the indicated pre-order promo deadline.
3.3 Down payment is deductible from the total pre-order price.
3.4 Once payment has been made, kindly send us a screenshot of payment confirmation along with
a reference/transaction number as a proof of payment thru Facebook Messenger.
3.5 Once payment has been validated, an invoice will be sent for record purposes.
3.6 Upon payment confirmation, we offer several claiming options (please refer to Section 5)
3.7 A notification will be sent upon item arrival and the remaining balance must be settled within

Claiming options of onhand figures
5.1 Pickup - Monday to Saturday 7AM to 5PM (please confirm schedule before going)
5.2 Lalamove/Grab/Mr. (Rate to be determined)
5.3 LBC - Cash on Pick-up/Cash on Delivery - inclusive only for shipping fee (every Wednesday and
Friday 8 am to 5pm)
5.4 Shopee checkout - link will be sent to client after order confirmation. Price in shopee is higher
due to 2.24% transaction fee. Note: Shipping is buyer’s expense. Risk of damage may occur during shipment so we strongly advised
to allow us to declare insurance fees prior to shipping. Before placing an order, kindly review our GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Please refer to the

CONFIRMED ORDER/RESERVATION
1.1 Once order has been confirmed and payment has been validated, cancellation of order will no longer be accommodated.
1.2 Down Payment is non refundable and non transferrable.
1.3 Cancellation, Refund or Transfer of payment will be considered only for the following reasons:
Damaged items. (Only if the needed conditions are met, please refer to Section 2.5 of Refund/Return Policy)
Manufacturer decided to stop production. Toy Company/Distributor/Manufacturer discontinued the release of figure. Price change
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
2.1 We only allot 7 days to return a damaged item.
2.2 We recommend inspecting the item thoroughly without removing it from the sealed plastic along with a video recording.
2.3 If the client cannot settle the balance or claim the figure within (7) seven days from the notice of arrival, we will ask the client for permission to inspect the item to ensure that the item has no missing or broken parts. This can also be done to avoid return shipping fees that were shouldered by the buyer. By not allowing us to check the item within the 7-day replacement period, the processing of return of the figure will no longer be accommodated.
2.4 Damaged items that are subject for return must be in mint in sealed plastic condition along with its original and complete packaging. Items that were removed from sealed plastic and were already assembled were not eligible for return.
2.5 Damaged items are those with missing or broken parts, such are the only items that can be considered for return. Minor paint flaws due to the nature of mass production are not considered to be an issue. PROCESSING OF RETURN/REFUND
3.1 Directly message us immediately within the allotted period regarding the issue/concern along with a detailed description of the problem.
3.2 We will require a proof of claim such as a video recording and screenshots of damage figures and this will be subject to review.
3.3 Once approved, we will send notification along with instructions on how or where to return the damaged items.
3.4 Shipping fee for return of damaged items that were approved for replacement will be shouldered by the buyer due to the reason that we are not able to view the contents of the Mint in sealed box (MISB) items. Otherwise, to avoid this, kindly refer to Section 2.3 of Refund/Return Policy.
3.5 We prioritize a replacement of item only with similar, if such is no longer available rest assured that payment made will be refunded on your preferred payment method. ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL (ETA)
4.1 ETA’s are not guaranteed.
4.2 The ETA that was indicated on each product description was based on the information provided by the supplier.
4.3 Early or long arrival of the items are beyond our control.
4.4 ETA can be change without prior notice
4.5 Item arrival that may take longer than the Estimated Time of Arrival due to various unwanted circumstances, cannot be a basis for the cancellation of reservation.
