Shrimp Bisque with Bread and Maya-Maya (Red Snapper)

I'm not gonna lie, this was a challenge for me to cook. Any parent would know how difficult it is to juggle your time from caring for your children to cooking for the entire family. So, if you want to try this out the easy way, you definitely have shortcuts available to you!

Cheat codes:

Bread - Sourdough from French Baker
Shrimp Bisque - Instant soup packet from Knorr
Fish - Can be replaced with Tilapia

Chinese Style Steamed Lapu-Lapu

This is one of those dishes where its simplicity brings out the best in the main ingredient. Lapu-lapu is rich, meaty, and flaky and it doesn’t need much.

Brings this to your next potluck and impress your titas!

Braising liquid:
Soy Sauce
Brown Sugar
Sesame Oil
(As the fish steams and cooks it releases water, so no need to submerge it with braising liquid)

Other ingredients:
Salt
Pepper
Onion
Garlic
Ginger
Green onions
