A detailed information on how to file a request to hunt your most valued and sought after item (target item):
1. Message us on our Facebook/Instagram Official Page.
2. An order form will be sent once you reached us through our official Facebook/ Instagram Official Page.
3. Our team will hunt/look for your target item within 2 days.
4. You will be notified once the target item is found. An email will be sent to you with the quotation of the total amount of the target item (shipping fee will be included on the last payment for the item).
5. Once notified, we will require from you 50% downpayment for your order. Our team will immediately process said order once the 50% payment is settled.
6. Once your order arrives to our US/UK warehouse, you will be notified of the amount of shipping fee from US/UK to PH.
**Local shipping fee (from our PH warehouse to your doorstep) is free.
7. We will send another notification(email) about the quotation of the remaining balance + the shipping from our US/UK warehouse to PH
**Remaining balance can be settled once the item reaches our PH warehouse
8. You will be notified once your order is in our PH warehouse. Photo and time stamp will be sent to you through email.
9. Any unpaid balance should be settled before we ship your order.
**You will be given 7-10 days. If you fail to do so, your item will be considered void and will be posted for sale on our official Facebook/ Instagram page.
