May mga sellers ngayon na bigla na lang na-suspend or na-ban ang Shopee account without clear explanation. Generic lang ang sinasabi like “policy violation” pero walang specific details, order number, o solid proof.
Kapag nangyari ito sa’yo, DON’T PANIC. Gawin mo ito:

– Anong exact policy ang na-violate?
– Anong order or listing ang involved?
– Anong date nangyari?
– Ano ang proof or basis ng decision?
