“Lord, I’m tired of trying it my own way—lead me instead.”

I’ve carried too much, forced things, and tried to figure everything out on my own. But I’m learning to let go, and trust You with what I cannot control.

Right now, Lord, I choose to release every worry, every unanswered prayer, and every plan I tried to make happen in my own strength.

You don’t need to have it all together—you just need to bring it all to Him.

Let go, and let God lead. Let Him move.

Let Him be God.

Your will, not mine. Your plans, not mine. 🙇🏻☝🏻

God sees…

Nothing you go through goes unnoticed. He knows your heart, your silent battles, and every time you kept going. What feels like rejection is often His redirection. Don’t lose heart—He is healing and shaping you. His love matters more than anything. ✨🙏🏻

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted.” — Psalm 34:18

“God sees…”

Nothing about your pain, your waiting, or your quiet battles goes unnoticed by God.

Even in the moments when you feel overlooked, left out, or forgotten, He sees every silent prayer, every hidden effort, and every time you chose to keep going even when your heart was tired.

When people misunderstand you or fail to see your intentions, God still knows your heart fully and perfectly. He understands the things you cannot explain and the burdens you carry quietly.

Sometimes what feels like rejection is actually God gently redirecting you toward something better—teaching you to lean on Him, trust Him deeper, and find your worth in His presence instead of people’s approval.

So don’t lose heart in the silent seasons. Even when no one notices your struggles, God is still working behind the scenes; healing, shaping, and strengthening you in ways you cannot yet see.

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18

One day, you’ll realize that while others overlooked you, God never did.

And His love, His validation, and His plans for you will always matter more than anything this world can give 🥹☝🏻

"There is something beautiful and deeply comforting hidden in the wedding language of Scripture.

In many ancient marriage arrangements,
the initiative often came from the groom’s side.

This does not mean the bride
had no dignity or no response.
Rather, it reflected a cultural reality,
the covenant began because someone
came, pursued, and invited.

That detail makes passages
like Genesis 24 feel richer.

When Abraham desired a wife for Isaac,
Isaac did not go searching through
foreign lands by himself.

Abraham sent his servant with a clear mission.
The servant traveled, sought, prayed,
and pursued until Rebekah was found.
Rebekah still responded willingly,
but the story began with someone
coming after her.

The movement started from the groom’s side.
And that pattern appears again
and again in Scripture.

When Jesus says in John 15:16,
“You did not choose Me, but I chose you,”

He is not denying human response or faith.
He is revealing something deeper,
our relationship with God begins
because God moved first.

Before we sought Him, He sought us.
Before we prayed, He was already working.
Before we loved Him, He loved us.

Paul says in Ephesians 1 that God
chose us in Christ before the foundation
of the world, not because He looked
ahead and found us worthy,
but because His grace had already
set His love upon undeserving people.

That truth is humbling.

Because if salvation began with us,
then salvation would also depend on us.

If God only responded after we became
good enough, spiritually mature enough,
or faithful enough, none of us would ever come.

But the Gospel says something different.
God pursued us.

Throughout Scripture, humanity is not
pictured as climbing toward God.
Humanity runs, hides, rebels,
forgets, and wanders.

Adam hid.
Israel wandered.
Jonah fled.
Peter denied.
Yet God kept coming.

The Bridegroom unrelentingly pursued.
And this pursuit reached its fullness in Christ.

Jesus did not stand far away
waiting for people to find Him.
He entered our world.
He took on flesh.
He walked dusty roads.
He called disciples by name.
He moved toward sinners,
touched the unclean,
welcomed the outcast,
and ultimately went to the cross.

The Gospel is not the story
of people finally reaching God.
It is the story of God coming
to bring His people home.

The Bride was chosen.
The Bride was pursued.
And at the cross, the Bridegroom
did not merely send a servant,
He came Himself.

That is why our response is not pride but worship.
Because we love Him only because He first loved us."
