Karamihan sa orders ay customized — meaning, kami po ay bumibili muna ng materials, nagpi-prepare ng design, at ina-allot na ang oras para gawin ang order ninyo.

Ang 50% deposit ay:
• pambili ng materials
• reservation ng slot sa production
• assurance na tuloy ang order

Dahil personalized ang mga gawa, mahirap na po itong ibenta sa iba kung sakaling makansela.

Ang remaining 50% balance naman ay babayaran na lang po kapag tapos na ang order o before release.
