How long does it usually take for my orders to arrive?
- NORMAT ETA takes up to 2-6 weeks while FAST ETA arrives within 2-3 weeks. When the courier is delayed because of unpredictable circumstances such as typhoon or holidays, I will not be held liable for it is no longer within my control. Please keep in mind that when it comes to GOs I will also wait for your items to arrive in my house.\
How can I order?
- Once you order, please make sure you are 100% sure. You can send us a message or if form is provided, all you have to do is send us what is required or asked.
What is your MOP?
- We accept LBC, Palawan Express, and Cebuana only as of now.
Do you have COD?
- No, I don't. I need to pay to my supplier first all the items you have ordered from me before they ship it to my house.
Are your Products official?
-Yes, but we also sell unofficial ones. all albums and lightsticks though, are official.
Where are you located? is meet up available?
- We are from Jones, Isabela. we can do meet-ups here and at Santiago City.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Be Patient. I also have to wait for our orders to reach our house so we must patiently wait. Sometimes, there are delays caused by typhoon or holidays and that is not within my control anymore. I will do my best to bring your products to your hands in time but I ask you to be patient.
2. No cancellation and Refund Policy. I don't earn much of a living by doing this but I decided to do so for the sake of your happiness. I want to bring you idol's goods closer to you with less international fees, but if you suddenly cancel your order, then it would be a hassle for me and i will have to take responsibility to the supplier.
3. Please be a responsible buyer. Provide your complete and accurate information. do not give false information. don't worry, we won't reveal anything but we do post bogus buyers.
4. Please keep in mind that Group orders take time. We have a deadline for orders and payments and we have a quantity we have to reach. You can start counting the weeks for the ETA only after the DOP because only then, your orders will be processed with our supplier.
5. Pay within the given timeframe.
6.if you think our items are expensive, think about the international shipping fee, local shipping fee, additional fees and charges, lastly, the tax.
7. We will not be held liable for damages caused by shipment from korea to ph or from my address to yours.
8. We will also not be held liable for missing items missing because of irresponsible couriers.
