HERE'S HOW TO ORDER ONLINE:

STEP 1:
Read and understand Retail Code's TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

STEP 2:
Browse our product albums and take note of the exact name/description of the product if there's any. Inquire through SMS or Facebook if the item is available before ordering.

STEP 3:
Once you are ready to purchase, you can place your order thru:

a) FACEBOOK (send us a PM or private message with the following format and details)

Full Name:
Shipping Address:
Email Address:
Cellphone Number:
Orders: [Format: Item Name, Color, Quantity]
Mode of Payment: [BPI / UnionBank/ PAYPAL/ Western Union / LBC / Cebuana Lhuillier]
Shipping Courier: [LBC/2GO/Meet-up (for Iloilo residents only)]
Insurance: [With or Without]

or

b) SMS (text us with the following format to 0918-566-1693):

Full Name, Complete Shipping Address, Email Address, Orders [Item Name, Quantity, Color], Mode of Payment and Desired Shipping Courier or Meet-up (for Iloilo residents only).

STEP 4:
Kindly wait for your order confirmation and payment details that we will send thru Facebook or email.

STEP 5:
Settle your FULL PAYMENT on or before the payment due date that we will give. Send us proof of payment thru our email address [[email protected]] or thru Facebook.

STEP 6:
Kindly wait for the confirmation of your payment through the email address you supplied. As soon as we receive and confirm your payment, the item you ordered is considered SOLD to your name. All SOLD items are FINAL.

STEP 7:
As soon as we receive your payment, we will send the item the following day. Expect your order to arrive after 2 to 3 days, depending on your location and shipper requirements.

If you live in Iloilo, we can arrange a meet-up at SM Hypermarket along Commission Civil Road, Jaro, Iloilo City. You still have the option to have your item sent through courier if you live outside the city.
