The title is in a Bisaya language because this book's medium is 'Bisaya'. So it's for you to choose kung bibili ka nito kahit hindi mo alam ang lenguahe dahil may reason ka, maybe ibibigay mo sa mga kapamilya mong Bisaya o kung anumang rason pa'yan.

But I guarantee you that this book will surely help you a lot.

Tingnan mo nang maigi ang kada larawan sa ibaba. It is a book that is handy, hindi mabigat, hardbound upang hindi madaling masira ng panahon, at maraming nilalaman at pakinabang.

Una na diyan ay ang mga sakit na madali na'ting makuha kagaya ng mga allergies, lagnat, sipon, o kung ano paman 'yan. On the green side at makikita mo ang mga sakit na may kaakibat na 'gamot gamit ang tubig' at 'gamot gamit ang mga halaman'. It has an instructions na madaling maintindihan ng mga Bisaya.
