A must read for HONEY Consumers! ๐
A Pure Wild & Raw Honey are not consistent in the following properties:
โ๏ธTASTE. Since it's wild, the bees gathered nectar from different and wide variety of flowers. Hence, the taste of wild honey they produce is highly dependent on the type of flower which they suck the nectar from. Unlike the cultured honey bees, their source of nectar is limited, that is why the sellers can produce honey with consistent taste and color.
โ๏ธCOLOR. Just like the taste, the color of wild honey is highly dependent too on the kind or type of flower nectar they take from the wide variety of rhe Sierra Madre Mountains. RAW HONEY is NOT CLEAR in color like that of pre heated ones that you buy from the super market.
โ๏ธVISCOSITY. Others call it texture. Wild and RAW honey when newly produced by wild bees are more often runnier. While those that were stock in the honey comb for a longer period of time are mostly thick and less runny.
