December 12 marked three months since I started using these remarkable LifeWave patches to decrease knee pain due to bone degeneration.
My dear friend Rita introduced me to this photo biomodulation therapy.
I was hesitant to try them because I absolutely didn’t believe some patch could deliver any relief—I was so wrong!
Because I lived with this pain for so long, I’d forgotten what it felt like to NOT experience it.
Fast forward to mid-November when I decided to up my patch game for my knee and introduce two more patches, one being X39 which helps your body produce its own stem cells.
After a few hours, my knee was in quite a bit of discomfort and it lasted about three weeks.
THEN, about three days ago, I noticed that the discomfort had disappeared.
I typically apply my pain relief patches IceWave first thing in the morning and can now wait an hour or two after I wake up before applying them, still using X39 but on the back of my neck.
And today, I could climb stairs with very little discomfort.
I am eager to check in with my orthopaedic doctor to see if what I experienced was regeneration, and the discomfort was my body’s reaction to the healing process.
I owe it to these wondrous little devices for helping me tackle this pain issue.
