Good day, BFAiries! We hope you are doing well and safe this holiday season.
Ahead of the New Year, we want to address our inactivity during the last few months. Last July, Josh was admitted to a hospital due to their medical condition. As soon as they felt better, they had to catch up with school. The same happened again this October when their condition came back.
As a result of this, their weeks of absence impacted our overall service, especially our response rate and check out process, as those were some of their designated tasks. It was not a quick recovery, both physically and professionally. But with the help of the other members of the team, we are slowly but very surely resolving everything that we left neglected.
We take accountability of everything and we want to assure everyone that we are here and you will get what you paid for one way or another.
We know that some of you have already waited long enough and as we settle out all our backlogs, we are humbly requesting for more time. We are pushing for everything to work out during the first half of the year and with that, we are listing below our plans to do.
What We Have Already Done
- declined new orders to prioritize all our back logs
- scheduled shipment of everything that were delayed
- started refunding some of the orders
What We Will Do
- respond within an acceptable and timely manner
- process all pending orders as soon as they arrive
- continue refunding orders for those who prefer it (this excludes already-checked out books)
We, at Books From Audrey, are committed in maintaining and gaining back your trust and patronage. We extremely value how much kindness and patience you have given us. We just want to reassure everyone that we are here and that we will never run away.
If you have more questions about this, please feel free to send us a message. We will gladly answer your inquiries with as much details as we can, though, for now, this is everything we want to inform you.
Again, we can only be thankful for your understanding, BFAiries. Here’s to a prosperous New Year in all aspects for everyone. 🤍
