As a proud advocate of Arts and Culture, Ma. Girlie Flores has been promoting Hablon products locally and internationally. Her brands’ services have provided a multitude of learning and job opportunities to Ilonggo weavers, including those in Brgy. Salngan and in the Oton Evacuation Center - Shared Service Facility on Loomweaving.

Ma’am Girlie’s expertise and skills in business process management have intensified Hablon culture among the youth, young entrepreneurs, and start-up companies. One Iloilo, one of her brands, often conducts activities such as business matching and online selling to further promote Hablon products and enterprises in Iloilo and abroad.

Her passion to revive, uplift, and advance the Hablon culture has created numerous impacts both in the weaving communities and business sectors.

Currently, she is the President of the Hablon weavers in the entire province of Iloilo and a humble entrepreneur.
