Ano nga ba ang Iba't-ibang uri ng PAGMAMAHAL?

Nagmahal kna ba? Minahal kana ba?

Sa buhay natin may Iba't ibang uri ng pagmamahal tayo na nararamdaman sa bawat isa... Pagmamahal na minsan masaya, minsan malungkot, minsan exciting at minsan masakit. Alin na ba dito ang naranasan mo?

1) Philia - eto ung pagmamahal na meron tayo sa ating mga kaibigan at ka pamilya. Eto yong pagmamahal na preho tayong nakikibahagi ng mga respeto at magandang kaugalian, commonky ito ay tinatawag nating "brotherly love"
2)PRAGMA-ito ay pagmamahal na ng mamature sa takbo ng panahon. Ito ay walang hanggang pagmamahalan ng mag-asawa na parehong ngsisikap sa relasyon. Ang komunikasyon at dedikasyon ang pinaka importanteng sangkap sa pagmamahal na ito.
3)STORGE- ito ay ang natural na pagmamahal na nag uugnay sa magulang at mga anak, pati na din sa matalik na kaibigan. Ito ay nabubuo sa pag tanggap at malalim na koneksyon mg isa't-isa.
4)EROS- ito ay romantikong pagmamahal na natural sa lahat ng tao. Madamdaming pagmamahal na pisikal. Ito ay naipapakita sa paraan ng pag halik, yakap, pag hawak kamay at iba pa...ito ang pagmamahal na may pagnanasang pisikal sa ibang tao.
5)LUDUS- ito ay mapaglarong pagmamahal. Ito ay kadalasang nararamdaman sa simula ng relasyon (honeymoon stage). Ito ay binubuo ng mapaglarong motibo, tawanan ng dalawang tao at asaran. Ito ay normal sa mga mas batang mag-asawa.
6)MANIA- ito ay nahuhumaling na pagmamahal sa katipan. Ito ay kadalasan nauuwi sa selos at pagmamay-ari. Kadalasan ito ay matatagpuan sa magkatipan na hindi balanse ang pagmamahal sa isa't-isa.
7)PHILAUTIA- Ito ay ang pagmamahal sa sarili. Ito ay pagmamahal na kung saan nakiita mo ang kahalagahan ng iyong sarili. Ito ay ang pagtanggap ng responsibilidad ng ikabubuti ng iyong sarili.
8)AGAPE- hindi makasariling pagmamahal. Ito ang pinakamataas na uri ng pagmamahal. Ito ay ang pagmamahal na walang hinhinitay na kapalit.

Ikaw anong uri ng pagmamahal meron ka? Lahat ba ng uri ay iyong naranasan o naramdaman o napagdaanan na?

Anuman ang uri ng pagmamahal meron tayo, ang mahalaga sa lahat ay masaya tayo at nagmahal tayo ng tapat sa ating kapwa at sa ating mga sarili.

SALUDO para sa mga BAYANI!

Bayani ka ba? Oo, Ikaw, bayani kba?

Pwede! Pwde kang maging bayani kapatid dahil ang kabayanihan ay hindi lamang iyong nasusulat at naitatala na pakikipaglaban ng ating mga ninuno noong unang panahon. May tinatawag na tayong mga bagong bayani!

Oo at pwedeng isa ka sa mga bagong bayani kapatid! Ang kabayanihan ay nakikita sa gawa ng taong nakikipaglaban para sa ikakabuti ng lahat, hindi kailangang gumamit ng sandata, dahas, pumatay at mag aklas.

Sa panahon ngayong kinakaharap nating pandemya maraming taong sumusulong sa kapahamakan at ng tatrabaho na di alintana ang peligrong nakaabang. Ito ay ang ating mga kababayang nangunguna sa paghahatid ng serbisyo na malunasan at maibigay ang nararapat sa ating kapwa Pilipino.. Ito ang ating mga mangagawang "frontliner", ang ating mga bagong bayani!

Sila ang bayaning ating inaasahan sa ngayon, sila ang nagpupuyat para lamang masig**ong maayos ang lahat, sila ang lumalabas para maihatid ang pangangailangan ng bawat pamilya, sila ang nagtatrabaho para mabuhay ang bawat pamilya, sila ang hindi sumusuko kahit pagod na dahil ma's importante ang buhay ng ibang tao, sila na ng sasakripisyo ng sariling kapakanan para unahin ang kapakanan ng nakakarami at sila ang nag mamahal sa lupang ating Sinilangan na maisalba at maibangon sa kinasadlakan dulot ng pandemya!

Sila ang ating mga manggagawang Pilipino (pulisya, nars, g**o, doktor, sundalo, media men, pari, sektor ng pagkain, laborer, social worker, pampublikong mangagawa, crew, barangay opisyal, boluntaryong manggagawa, lideres, atbp)

This pandemic taught us a lot of things, values and lessons in life. One of these is making our family ties more closer and closer coz of the stay at home mechanism in preventing virus to spread out. Staying at home gives us more time for our love ones to spend for...especially our family.

As time pass by this pandemic a lot of people just come and go...they can't even stay long beside us...for one's self safety is more important than engaging and dealing with other people...time for frinds become too limited...personal attachment with others become too narrow...and physical interaction slowly disappear...the only persons that stay with us in dealing all these pandemic new normal situation is our loved ones...our family.

As long as we have time now to spend with our family (parents, siblings, child, sister/brother, relatives) spend it with all your heart and never forget to tell and let them feel how much they mean to you, because we never if when things will get back to normal.

Your love ones...your family are people you need and is with you throughout your journey.

God bless all your family 🙏👨‍👩‍👦😇

Please shield us, Oh Lord, for YOU alone can heal the inflicted and give protection. Give us your Divine protection and Divine guidance. Cover us with your Most precious Blood Lord Jesus. This we pray in your mighty name.

STRESS kna ba? Di ka makatulog? Naiirita kna? Ano ang gagawin mo!

Everyday, from the time we start waking up in the morning till the time we sleep in the evening, there were moments or situations that putting ourselves stressful...just like you heard something wrong about your work that needs to fix but you don't have means how to do it....if you heard trouble about your love ones...not meeting the deadlines...being late on a meeting....was not able to get you're desired output...you put the group in danger...you misplace something very important thing...those are just few things that makes us stress. The level of stress we feel depends on the quantity of the situation we're facing. Stress brought us several effects on ourselves, such as: headaches, poor sleeping, weight loss, irritability, loss of interest, over thinking, excessive use of alcohol and less focus.

In order to stay away to get stress we should have this coping mechanism to overcome it. Here are some tips how to overcome STRESS:

1.BALANCE WORK and HOME
-if you spent so much time to the office/career, you should also a lot of time to have time to have fun and leisure with family and friends.

2.REGULAR EXERCISE
-have a regular exercise even at home for it balances the nervous system and increases blood circulation, helping to flush out stress hormones. Walking could make a difference even for 15-20 minutes a day.

3.EAT WELL and AVOIDANCE OF EXCESSIVE ALCOHOL
-Alcohol, ni****ne and caffeine may temporarily relieve stress but have negative health impacts and can make stress worse in the long run. Well-nourished bodies cope better, so start with a good breakfast, add more organic fruits and vegetables, avoid processed foods and sugar, and drink more water.

4.CONNECT WITH SUPPORTIVE PEOPLE
-chatting or taking time to talk personally with others releases hormones that reduce stress. Be with good listeners and good influence people.

5.GO WITH HOBBY TIME
-engage yourself on things that gives you pleasures and joy..like your hobbies...it reduces stress.

6.PRACTICE MEDITATION
-Relaxation techniques activate a state of restfulness that counterbalances your body’s fight-or-flight hormones. Consider taking a mindfulness-based stress reduction course to learn effective, lasting tools

7.SLEEP ENOUGH
-have always a desired sleeping hours, sleeping 6-8hours wont tolerate stress.

8.BOND WITH YOUR PET
-Clinical studies show that spending even a short time with a companion animal can cut anxiety levels almost in half.

9.TAKE A VACATION
-taking time to get out from other places to relax can reset your stress tolerance that increases your mental and emotional outlook in life.

10.SEE A COUNSELOR OR A DOCTOR
-If you are on a worsen stage of your stress and full of negativity that hinder your ability to create positive changes better seek professional help. Love your life and make your living worth it!

RISK TAKER ka ba?!

"TAKE RISK: if you win, you will be happy; if you lose, you will be wise."

In our life, there were moments that we need to take the risk, just like playing a game no assurance at all, if we will win or not. Everyday is a risk, every actions we make in doing something, making decisions as a boss, every steps we take everyday going anywhere and even in loving someone, there is risk.

Every risk are different, but every risk is same. All you need to have is to know the level of danger in every steps or acts we were doing. It would not be a risk if we already know what will happen.

There are people who are risk taker...there were those who are afraid to take the risk and just go play safe...ikaw san ka sa dalawa?

when a situation or in a danger that you have to take risk we should always be careful..for we might win or we might fail...If we win definitely we will be happy of the result...its a fulfillment and pride.... but if we fail, we become wiser but never be a loser...for in that certain failures we learned the mistakes of our decisions...and take it as a challenge to do better on the next risk taking.

To become a good risk taker we should consider few things:
1) understand that failure is going to happen...along the way failure is there...so expect it will happen anytime...and acceptance of such failure will take you to a more safer risk taking;
2)be authentic...in taking risk you should be yourself, never pretend to be someone else...because your decisions sometimes lies on what you really are, what you really wanted to achieve...especially on loving someone, you have to be true... to be you, no pretentions;
3)don't take any risk when your mind is confuse or not clear...free and avoid taking risk if you are on the peak of your emotions...your brain and heart should be separated;
4)understand what you are risking...if you think you are on the right track of taking the risk, you understand the effect and outcome with the support of your love ones then go on...
5)remember this is only one shot and can't be repeat again...in every risk we take...think...no regrets...and believe in yourself...and everything will be worth it!

ULAN bakit ang dami mong EMOSYON?

While I was sitting on my bed looking outside the window when suddenly rain pours down...napa isip ako bigla at napatanong sa sarili ko "bakit tuwing umuulan iba-iba ang EMOSYON nararamdaman ng bawat tao? Bakit ang daming kwento napapaloob sa ulan? Bakit may dala kang galit, kalungkutan, saya, excitement, hinagpis at ngiti?

GALIT, dahil minsan sa buhay natin naging saksi ang ulan sa pinaka masakit na pangyayari ng atin ng buhay...may namatayan dahil sa bahang dinulot ng ulan, may nghiwalay sa kalagitnaan ng ulan, may na walang mga ari-arian, umabsent sa klase o trabaho dahil hindi makalabas at dahil dito nararamdaman natin ang LUNGKOT tuwing umuulan dahil naaalala natin ang sakit na dulot nito sa atin... Ang hapdi ng panahong yon na ang tanging saksi at ugat nito ay ang bawat patak ng ulan.

SAYA, dahil ang ulan minsan ay ng dudulot ng ngiti lalo na nung kabataan natin, sobrang exciting pg umuulan kasi masayang maligo at mglaro kasama ng mga kalaro natin, masaya dahil walang pasok sa school pg umuulan lalo na pg tinatamad ka, ang sarap sa feeling matulog at nakaka relax pg umuulan, at minsan naging saksi din ang ulan sa masasayang kwento ng ating pag-ibig.

Tuwing umuulan naapektuhan ang ating EMOSYON...minsan ang sarap umiyak pg umuulan, sasabayan pa natin ng madamdaming tugtugin at mg emote hehehe minsan napapangiti tayo dahil we could spend time together sa mga mahal natin dahil nakakatamad lumabas pg umuulan, may nga na alala tayong masayang ganap sa buhay natin...

Ang saya at lungkot na dulot ng ulan ay naayon sa kung anong kwento meron ka sa ulan...

"The most precious gift you can give someone is the gift of your time and attention"

Sa panahon ngayong pandemic isa sa pinaka magandang aral at bagay na nangyari sa bawat isa sa atin ay tinuruan tayo at binalik ang kahalagahan ng paglalaan at pagbibigay ng oras at atensyon sa mga mahal natin sa buhay. Mas lalong pinag lapit ang mga bawat myembro ng pamilya sa isa't-isa na minsan nakakaligtaan nating ibigay.

Minsan akala natin maliit lg na bagay ang oras para sa iba... Yong akala mo lagi kayo ng kikita araw araw ay sapat na... Pro iba pla ang epekto kung pinaglalaanan mo ng oras at atensyon ang mga taong mahahalaga sa atin... Na minsan dahil sa pag take for granted natin na wala na tayong oras sa mga taong mahal natin nauuwi sa hiwalayan... Nauuwi sa walang gana... Nauuwi sa pakikiapid ng iba.. Nauuwi sa pananamlay ng relasyon at pinagsamahan ng bawat pamilya.

Kaya habang may oras pa, bigyan at laanan natin ng oras at atensyon ang mga taong mahahalaga sa atin habang hindi pa huli ang lahat dahil ito ang bagay na hindi nabibili ng pera at libre.

Ano may oras ka ba o wala? 🤔🤔🤔

"Always end the day with a positive thought. No matter how hard things were, tomorrow's a fresh opportunity to make it better."

May mga araw na tinatawag nating "bad day" o "malas" dahil hindi natin na achieve or nagawa ng maayos trabaho natin, nagkamali tayo sa isang bagay o tao, may naiwala tayo dahil la tayong focus, may nakaligtaan tayo na gawain, nakita natin ang pinaka hate nating tao, nakarinig tayo ng tsismis na hindi maganda tungkol sa atin, na realize mo na hindi kna masaya, nakipag break jowa mo sayo, at dami pang hindi magandang pangyayri ang naganap.

Nang dahil sa hindi maganda ang araw natin, we tend to end up "bad trip". Minsan di natin namamalayan na apektuhan na ugali natin pg uwi...uuwi tayong may inis, may galit o may hinanakit dat leads us madamay ibang tao sa nararamdaman natin.. .hindi na tayo nkapag isip ng mabuti.

On the other hand bakit hindi na natin dagdagan ang bigat ng buhay... Why don't we convert that bad day into a good vibes...Kung hindi man naging maganda araw natin may ibig sabihin yon, either we have something to change, correct or accept na minsan hindi lahat ng panahon ay masaya...We should always look at the brighter side of our experiences.. and maybe may mga bagay lang tayong dapat irealize sa mga pagkakamali natin.

Sabi nga sa kasabihan "there is always a rainbow after the rain", which means sa kabila ng masasamang nangyayari at kadiliman ng buhay natin may bagong pag-asang uusbong kinabukasan! Tayo lg din ang mg de-desisyon kung mananatili tayong bad trip at mabigat ang loob or ang maging masaya at mapayapa ang araw natin.

Masarap at masaya ang araw kung ito ay mag tatapos ng walang galit at bigat sa ating mga saloobin!
