Are replica fi****ms (airsoft, gel blasters, nerf, cardboard) included?

Yes. COMELEC Resolution No. 11067 (Sept. 25, 2024) Section 1 (c) and (w) provides that the definition of “firearm,” shall include airguns, airsoft guns, and replicas/imitations of fi****ms in whatever form that can cause an ordinary person to believe that they are real.
Additionally although the fi****ms law (RA 10591) and the implementing rules make it clear that replica fi****ms are not real fi****ms, the rights granted under it can be suspended because it is an inherent power of a government to exercise reasonable control over persons and property within its jurisdiction for the safety of its people.
