Broken derailleur hanger. Client was told it is okay to install a 13T pulley on this Sora RD. No it’s not. During rd extension on rough terrains, chains will come off the pulley and pull the derailleur cage along with it and unfortunately client wasn’t able to stop pedalling immediately and broke the hanger.

*PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL BIG PULLEYS ON REAR DERAILLEURS WITH 11T PULLEYS!*
