Qualification

(1) Building Admin Officer
*Male
*Graduate of Engineering Course.
*Professional License.
*Experience in Building and Facilities, Management, Engineering Maintenance Services.
*Preferably at Supervisory Level with at least 2 years’ of working experience.
(1) Corporate Marketing Officer
*Female
*College degree-Marketing or related course.
*Computer Literate.
*Good Communications Skills (Oral, Written)
*At least 3 years Marketing Experience.
(1) Human Resource - Training Officer
*Female
* Graduate of Human Resource, Psychology, Education or any related field.
* Keen to details.
*Qualification in Instruction and / or learning design is advantageous.
*Demonstrable experience as training officer.
*Proven track record of boosting company growth through training.
*Ability to conduct thorough needs assessments to gauge training needs.
*Strong desktop and in-person research, presentation and highly capable disposition.
*Know how to handle people.
*Must have an in-depth knowledge of all company guidelines, ensure all training are performed consistently, and help to create an environment that is conducive to good learning.
(3) Mechanical/ (2) Electrical Engineer
*Male
*Graduate of Engineering Course.
*Strong problem-solving communication, and listening skills.
*Experience in Project Management.
*Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
*At least 2 to 3 years’ experience.
(5) Treasury
*Female
*Bachelor’s degree in finance or Accounting.
*Should have a thorough understanding of derivatives, hedging, investments, bank account management and internal funds flows.
*Willing to assign across all branches in Mindanao.
*Good interpersonal Skills.
*With or without experience.
(5) Stock In-charge/ (2) Category Assistant.
*Male/Female
*Graduate of Marketing or related field.
*Know how to handle people
*Strong team spirit.
*Customer service and good interpersonal skills.
*A minimum of two years’ experience as a stock controller in a similar industry.
*Proficiency in inventory management software.
*In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
*Great analytical and problem solving skills.
*Superb negotiation, collaboration and communication abilities.
*Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
(4)Electrician/ Rachtech
* Male
*College level, High school Graduate or Vocational Course.
* Must have NCII

(2) Information Technology Staff
*Male
*Graduate of Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
*With pleasing personality.
*Critical thinking and analytical skills help find and resolve issues.
*Ability to operate basic computer function is essential.
*Ability to prioritize tasks, complete projects and adhere to deadlines.
*At least 1 to 2 years of experience.
(2) Purchasing
*Female
*BS in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field.
*Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
*Hands on-experience with purchasing software.
*Advances knowledge of MS Excel

(1) Graphic Artist
*Male /Female
*Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related course.
*Experience in Media or Advertise and proficiency in design and illustration software.
*Willing to be assigned in Cebu and to be trained n Davao City.
*Competent in adobe suit and eagerness to learn new software.
*Passionate about design and willingness to update job knowledge by participating in educational training.
*Keen on strategy and research based on projects in order to deliver successful design.
*Creative fair originality and strong visual sense.
(1) Security Officer
*Male
*Graduate of Criminology or related field.
*Proven experience as security officer.
*knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
*Familiarity with report writing.
*Excellent surveillance and observations skills.
*Trained in First Aid/BLS and self-defense.
*Registered as a security Officer.
(1) Loss Control Officer
*Male
*Previous loss prevention experience is required.
*Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
*Must be able to function independently in a work setting.
*Self-defense training is highly advantageous.
*Excellent verbal communication skills.
*Perceptive and intuitive with excellent judgment.
*Capacity to perform duties with speed and precision.
*Physically fit.
