Hi everyone. I want to sincerely apologize for the delays on my arrivals and for being unresponsive. Alam ko po na umaasa kayo, and I’m really sorry if the wait has caused stress or worry. These past weeks have been overwhelming and I got extremely busy, but I should’ve updated you sooner 😔 and for that, I’m truly sorry.
Gusto ko rin ipaalam sa inyo na hindi po ako tatakbo or di ko po kayo tatakbuhan, madami po nakakakilala sakin here sa bns and they can vouch for me. Hindi ko po kayang balewalain ang tiwala niyong binigay sa akin. Yung proxy ko po ang nag-asikaso ng shipments and she also got very busy, kaya nakiusap siya na i-extend namin hanggang November. I really had no control over the delay, but I’m doing everything I can to make sure your items arrive.
And for those who really can’t wait anymore, I completely understand. Kahit may no refund policy ang shop ko, I will refund your orders if needed, your peace of mind matters more to me.
