I'm honestly a little upset and puzzled. 😅

I know there's always room for improvement, and I truly appreciate feedback because it helps me make the business better. We can't please everyone, and I completely understand that.
What got me curious is that this is the second time you've given a 4-star rating, (the 1st 4 star rating is cominv from you) and both times I reached out hoping to learn what I could improve on, but I never got a response. At this point, I'm starting to wonder if I accidentally did something wrong. 😂

I even checked my personal Facebook friend requests thinking maybe we knew each other somehow. Kase may friend request ka,Sorry though, it's very rare for me to accept people I don't personally know.

No hard feelings at all. I'm genuinely just curious because feedback—good or bad—is always welcome, especially when it helps me grow and improve. 😊

I'd appreciate it if you could tell me what's lacking so I can improve.

This is it!!! After careful thought and trial and error, originally it supposed to be WHITE WARD which is purely clean scent, but when I had my fragrance 101 with ms. Bernadette I was able to create a super musky powdery but super feminine scent. So pinag combine ko sila
