16mm - 19mm contact lens is a common marketing gimmick, you will have to "cut" your eyelids to fit those lens if they ever exist. Those sellers who re-labelled to claim otherwise usually distribute lens with no quality control or are basically not approved.

The biggest diameter available in actual fact is only at ±15mm.

Designs, prints or colors on lens can make a significant difference in the sizes, many have feedback that two different designs of GEO lens at similar sizes look bigger than the other. The reason is very simple, some designs or prints are either drawn towards the outer of the lens rims or inwards to the middle or sizes of the outer black circle rims is different for a bigger or smaller enlargement. A lighter lens color will make your original dark eyes look bigger while a darker lens color will drawn your original dark eyes towards the middle and make enlargement look smaller.
