RAFFLE MECHANICS:
1. All buyers of the DEVANT GRAND THANK YOU RAFFLE PROMO from April 16 to May 31, 2026, will earn one (1) raffle entry from the following purchase requirement:

1.1 Sales Invoice will be stamped with the Branch Code and Serial Number by the Branch Counter Personnel with his/her signature.
1.2 All qualified entries will be electronically encoded via Googlesheet alongside with the Branch Code and Entry Serial Number.
1.3 Ten (10) Winners will be manually drawn from the entries of different branches. Selection of the branches will be determined via raffling of the participating branches
1.4. A raffle entry can only win once. If there are multiple winning entries, the prize with the higher value will be awarded.
2. Coverage of Promo: All Magic Appliance Stores in Pangasinan, La Union, Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, Abra, Nueva Ecija, Isabela, and Zambales carrying the DEVANT brand.

7. Prizes are tax-free but NOT convertible to cash. Winners shall have at least sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or announcement, or notification of winners, whichever comes last, within which to claim their prizes, unless a shorter period is allowed by the department, taking into account the nature of the sales promotion, mechanics, and prizes involved. Throughout the claiming period, Winner/s must comply with the necessary requirements in claiming the prize. After the claim period has lapsed without a claimant, the DTI office shall be immediately informed. Prizes may be forfeited in favor of Magic Appliance Center, Inc. only upon written approval of the DTI.
5. Raffle Draw Winners will be manually drawn on June 11, 2026 (Thursday) at 10AM via MACTV Kwentuhan FB Livestreaming under the supervision of a DTI Representative.
6. Winners will be notified via call/text message and registered mail as to how, when & where to claim the Prize. To claim the prize, Winners must present the notification message and one (1) valid ID. If in any case, an authorized representative of the winner will claim the prize, he/she must present an authorization letter signed by the winner, one (1) valid ID of the authorized person and one (1) valid ID (photocopy) of the winner.
