1. Who can avail the loan

Motion from: Sis. Aakifa that only Members with good standing, who have paid at least the monthly contribution starting January 2016 to the present month can avail the loan.
Vote: unanimous
Resolved: Motion Carried

It was also agreed that members should attend a regular orientation or activities like seminars and meetings so as to get updated concerning the rules and regulations of the Cooperative.

2. How to avail the loan

Motion from: Ustadz Najeeb that Members need to complete and fill-up the form provided and should submit a details/sketch of the proposed business intended for the loan.
Vote: unanimous
Resolved: Motion Carried

3. Loanable Amount

Motion from Dir. Manonggiring that P 2,000. is the minimum loanable amount.
Vote: unanimous
Resolved: Motion Carried

Motion from Ustadz Najeeb that P 6,000. is the maximum loanable amount.
Vote: unanimous
Resolved: Motion Carried


4. Payment Terms

Motion from Dir. Manonggiring and Ustadz Najeeb that 3 months or 90 days from the day of release is the maximum term of the loan.
Vote: unanimous
Resolved: Motion Carried

5. Processing

Motion from Ustadz Najeeb that processing of loan is 2 – 4 working days, except Friday
Vote: unanimous
Resolved: Motion Carried

6. Other Matters:

Motion from Ustadz Najeeb that in order to attend and assist the Emergency Personal Financial needs of the members, AWCAF Dept. should be organized

Ustadz Salim will head this dept. and will construct rules and guidelines for the approval of the board.
