Where my Heart, Finds Rhythm
In a world that constantly moves too fast, I found my peace in two simple things: my dogs and dancing.
At home, my puppies are my quiet kind of happiness. Their tiny paws, soft fur, and innocent eyes remind me to slow down. When I sit with them, nothing else matters. There are no expectations, no pressure, just warmth, comfort, and unconditional love. In their presence, I feel safe. I feel calm. I feel at home.
But when I step into my shoes and face the mirror, I find a different kind of peace. Dancing becomes my release. Every movement carries the weight of my emotions, stress, doubts, and worries, all flowing out of me with each step. The music guides me, and for a moment, I am free. I am strong. I am fearless.
These two worlds may seem different, but together they complete me. My dogs remind me to rest, while dancing reminds me to rise. One softens my heart, the other strengthens it.
This is my Zen.
It’s not just stillness or silence—it’s balance. It’s the gentle love of my puppies and the powerful rhythm of my body in motion. In between cuddles and choreography, I find myself again and again.
And in that space, I am truly at peace.
