Description:
The Snake plant, is also known as "mother-in-law's tongue" due to its characteristics of being a tough plant, or the "bowstrings h**p" due to ability to make bowstrings from the fiber of its leaves. It is a herbaceous, evergreen, mildly toxic flowering plant. People mostly use it as an ornamental plant. It thrives well in small pots because in a small space, its rhizomes are crowded and this enables it to grow faster.

Description:
Sansevieria cylindrica is a very striking succulent with striped, round leaves. They are smooth and green-gray in color. If grown in bright light it can produce up to 3 feet (90 cm) spike-like raceme of pink-budded, white flowers. Although the plant tolerates low light, bright light brings out the colors in the leaves. However, intense light may cause the edges of the leaves to turn yellow.
