Good morning and happy weekend Impact Fam! Today we have Bea Francesca Chan in our Eden set, ready to begin her morning. This is her story of how she found comfort in the chaos:
“A few months ago, my anxiety and fear were catching up to me and I didn’t know what to do about it. Because of the quarantine, I was forced to stay home and was prohibited from meeting up with friends to have fun. With everything happening and the current issues, the anxiety was bad but I learned that all I needed to do was distract myself. So as a last resort, I studied a bit for the then upcoming school year and distracted myself by keeping myself active.”
