When we began our business journey, we envisioned sharing our craft with trusting clients. We operated with good intentions, hoping to share the gift of light. However, we've come to realize that a stable cash flow is essential, particularly for a micro business like ours.
After almost five years, we've learned that clear boundaries and policy enforcement are key to longevity.
As a result, we'll require a 50% deposit for group orders to confirm, with the balance payable upon delivery. Orders with less than 30 days' notice will incur rush fees.
This decision wasn't taken lightly, but we believe it's necessary for our business's well-being.
