Graduated at 20.
Passed the AFPSAT at 21.
Became a Registered Criminologist at 22.

Since then, I’ve knocked on the doors of my dreams again and again —
Applied to the Philippine Army three times,
the BFP once,
the BJMP three times,
the Coast Guard once,
and the PNP twice.

Some people would call these rejections.
I call them redirections.
Every application, every exam, every lineup, every waiting game —
they all shaped me, strengthened me, and taught me the value of patience, humility, and resilience.

Right now, I’m not yet where I want to be…
but I’m exactly where I need to be.

My journey is far from over.
I’m still fighting, still hoping, still preparing —
because I know that when it’s finally my turn,
it will be worth every struggle, every tear, and every try.

This is not a story of failure.
This is a story of faith, growth, and unstoppable persistence.
And one day, I’ll look back and say:
“I never gave up — and that made all the difference.”
