Hello! We only sell semi-precious natural healing crystals. There might be some imperfections like natural cracks inside its beads or some minimal scratches and inclusions (lines and points). UNLESS, you order High Quality crystals then it would be a very clear one - you can send us a PM if you want one ✨️
Also, please be reminded that there is NO exact-same-color crystals, unless, it's dyed. They all have its unique colors, it's like two peas in a pond. The color may also vary as we use different lightning when taking photos and due to our different phone settings. You can ask us for a photo/video in natural light ☀️
We cleanse all our items well and pour our best intentions for our buyers before shipping. Actual photos of the items and the packaging will be sent to you thru direct message before shipping. We can assure you that, what you see is what you get - Very well packed and will be shipped asap.
