📅 Booking Rules
• Appointments must be booked at least 1 day before or minimum of 5 hours prior.
• No on-the-spot appointments will be accepted.
• All bookings must be confirmed by our team to be valid.

⏰ Arrival & Grace Period
• Please arrive on time for your schedule.
• We allow a 10-minute grace period only.
• Beyond 10 minutes late = your slot may be:
• Given to a walk-in client OR
• Marked as cancelled

❌ No-Show Policy
• No-show clients may be:
• Deprioritized on future bookings OR
• Required to book in advance only (no walk-in priority)

🔁 Cancellation / Reschedule
• Must be done at least 5 hours before your appointment.
• Late cancellations may affect future bookings.

🚶 Walk-ins
• Walk-ins are welcome and served on a first come, first served basis.
• Walk-ins will be accommodated during:
• Vacant slots
• Gaps between appointments

⚠️ Queue Clarification (IMPORTANT)
• If you are waiting and someone is called ahead of you,
👉 they have a confirmed appointment for that time slot.
• We strictly follow the appointment schedule to avoid confusion.
