✔️ No Delete Bid — Final na ang bid once posted
✔️ Strictly follow bid increments — Invalid bids will not be counted
✔️ Winning bidders must confirm within 24 hours after auction ends
✔️ Official time is based on page timestamp
✔️ Anti-Snipe Rule:
Any bid placed within the last 1 minute will extend the auction by +2 minutes
Example:
If auction ends at 8:00 PM at may bid ng 7:59 PM, new end time will be 8:02 PM
If may bid ulit ng 8:01 PM, extended again to 8:04 PM
