✔️COLOR. Just like the taste, the color of wild honey is highly dependent too on the kind or type of flower nectar they take from the wide variety of Mt Banahaw mountains. RAW HONEY is NOT CLEAR in color like that of pre heated ones that you buy from the super market.

✔️VISCOSITY. Others call it texture. Wild and RAW honey when newly produced by wild bees are more often runnier. While those that were stock in the honey comb for a longer period of time are mostly thick and less runny due to it’s lesser amount of moisture.
