You should be a strong communicator who collaborates well with others and, when needed, takes the lead on overseeing quality across the team.

JOB PROFILE:
As a Photo Editor, youβll be responsible for editing, retouching, virtual staging, and conducting quality checks on daily photo assignments. Some roles may also include video editing. Meeting deadlines and maintaining the next-day turnaround time is critical.
MUST-HAVE REAL ESTATE PHOTO EDITING SKILLS:
- Basic Editing
- White balance, color correction, and color cast removal.
- Lens correction.
- Vertical and horizontal straightening.
- Cropping and resizing.
- TV screen and fire graphic replacement.
- Photo Enhancements:
- Sky color enhancement and replacement (exteriors and interiors).
- Window retouching/masking.
- Lawn enhancement/replacement.
- Advanced Editing:
- Manual blending.
- Flambient blending.
- Advanced object removals.
- Expertise in various techniques for removals and revision requests.
