This 46-year-old owner of a sari-sari store in Lavezares, Northern Samar, took home the P63 million jackpot of the Super Lotto 6/49 drawn on Feb. 19, 2023.
Before ultimately winning the jackpot prize, the winner played lotto games for over 25 years, according to PCSO.
