𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃 | 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐎 𝐋𝐏𝐆 𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐘 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒
The Department of Energy hereby notifies all concerned that generic or uncertified LPG cylinders are prohibited from being refilled, sold, and/or distributed. Generic LPG cylinders MUST be requalified, marked, and certified before they can be refilled and sold.
Violators shall be held liable and penalized under the LPG Industry Regulations Act (R.A. 11592) with strict enforcement of all applicable penalties.
The DOE shall continue to do its mandate under the law and shall not tolerate any unacceptable act or deed by any person and entity to promote their interests.
