please take time to read.

regarding enhypen's d:d albums, 'yung mga naipadala po sa amin ay hindi first press kaya po walang os player card inside the album & walang poster. tinanong na rin po namin ang supplier and baka raw po sa weverse na ang problem.

pre-order period naman daw po niya inorder, pero based sa experiences niya, it happened many times na raw.

tulad po ng sabi namin, we will only give 15% refund since complete inclusions naman po ang album, pobs lang po ang wala. you can cancel your order, just dm us.

hindi po muna namin is-ship ang d:d albums para may time po kayo i-cancel. we will do full refund sa canceled orders but IT MAY TAKE TIME. sa mga hindi naman po magc-cancel, dm niyo rin po kami para maiship na rin po agad namin. we are very sorry for the inconvenience.

good day! we're having some problems with enhypen's d:d albums po. ngayon lang po namin nacheck na walang first press pobs ang albums. wala pong poster and os player card. we can do refunds pero 15% lang po. you can also cancel your orders and wait for full refund. cinonfirm po kasi sa amin ng supplier na may first press pobs naman daw po, and nasa loob daw po ang posters. kindly dm us kung ic-cancel po ninyo ang orders niyo. thank you and we're very sorry for the inconvenience. we will take this as a lesson po. we will also refund the fees for poster tubes. kindly wait na lang po. please tell us if you will cancel your order since ipapaship na po namin after packing.
