👉 To deliver to the best of your expectations, we will need to collect a downpayment upon finalizing the order details.
👉 We will operate on a professional adherence so once we start on your order, we will exert 100% of our efforts to get everything done. Cancellations will affect our business more than you know. Please refrain in doing so.
👉 Once the downpayment has been made and our services were already commissioned, we will use the funds as resources. Once the funds are used, refunds will be impossible.
👉 We consider each of our pieces as works of art and thus, cannot be rushed. Depending on the intricate design and quantity of the order, please give us enough time (a minimum of two weeks) to complete the orders.
👉 Everything may look simple, but there will be times that they may be complicated. We expect that details will be exact upon agreement. For any changes or further customization that needs to be applied, please advise us accordingly.
👉 Shipping will be free for 60 pieces and up.
